If you are a physician, do you simply give your administrator a “to-do” list or do you engage your administrator in on-going discussions that affect your short and long term strategic plans? What types of decisions do you delegate to your administrator? As an administrator, what actions can you take to earn the trust of your physician(s)? Do you sometimes challenge your physician’s recommendations?
In this interactive session, a panel of physicians/administrators who have cultivated strong team dynamics in their respective practices will share how this partnership has benefited their practice and overall professional satisfaction. In this session, participants will engage the panel to discuss the issues, trends, and ideas around how to have meaningful physician/administrator relationships. We’ll cover these issues:
