The American Academy of Ophthalmic Executives (AAOE) is a membership organization addressing the needs of those responsible for managing the business side of an ophthalmic practice. AAOE has developed a special membership package for consultants, combining all the benefits of AAOE membership with a listing in the popular Consultant Directory.
What is the Consultant Directory?
A free member benefit to both AAOE and Academy members, AAOE’s Consultant Directory is a searchable database of pre-screened practice management consultants. Members search for consultants by selecting the key competencies desired and the state in which the service is to be delivered.
Ophthalmic practices are among the highest users of consultant services of any medical specialty, and ongoing changes in the practice environment ensure a continued demand for these services. A listing in the Consultant Directory links practices directly to your Web site and/or e-mail, giving you immediate access to these valuable leads.

How can I sign up?
You will need to submit two endorsements (one from an Academy member) and have three years professional experience, including work with ophthalmic practices.
