2. Individuals currently seeking careers in allied health > Contact your local medical society
> Contact ATPO Job Bulletin Board or Professional Choices
3. Your current non-clinical staff  > Post your job opening internally - current non-clinical staff (e.g., office receptionist) may be interested in learning the job if provided with training
4. Patients or acquaintances of patients > Post the Ophthalmic Allied Health Career promotional material in your clinic
5. Acquaintances of your current staff  > Implement an Employee Referral Program*
6. Medical assistant program students  > Contact your local community college or a technical or medical institute offering a medical assistant training program
7. Individuals in nearby towns or rural areas  > Advertise your job opening in small local newspapers*
8. Disabled or elderly individuals (Tax deductions may be available for the cost of removing barriers if you make your facility more accessible to and usable by these individuals) > Contact your state One-Stop Career Center*
